Your website build

• Up to five informational pages, designed for phones and larger screens.
• Copy drafted and polished from your business details. You supply the photos and logo.
• Two rounds of consolidated revisions before launch.
• A contact form, business hours, and map or directions where relevant.

Stores, booking systems, new branding, and custom features are quoted separately before work starts.

Payments and timing

• $250 upfront before work begins.
• $250 after your approval and before launch.
• $50/month billed in advance, beginning on launch day.

The target launch is 2–4 weeks after receiving the deposit and required content. We agree on the date before starting. Delayed feedback or added scope can move that date.

Setup plus 12 months of care totals $1,100, excluding approved extras. This is a cost illustration, not a 12-month commitment.

Your monthly care plan

• Website hosting and technical maintenance.
• Registration or renewal of one domain costing up to $25/year. Higher costs require your approval and are charged separately.
• One hour of content edits per month, without rollover: existing text, photos, hours, menus, and contact details.

You remain the registered domain owner; I manage its renewals while your plan is active.

Additional content edits cost $50/hour, billed in 15-minute increments with your approval before charges. New pages, redesigns, and added features receive separate quotes. Fixing a defect in my own work does not use your content-edit allowance.

Response times and support

I respond within one business day. Routine edits are completed within three business days after I have the necessary details. Larger requests are scheduled separately.

Technical support covers maintenance and troubleshooting for the website I deliver. This is not a 24/7 support service. The routine editing turnaround is not a guaranteed outage-resolution time.

Business email setup

$100 one-time for a straightforward new Google Workspace setup with up to three users, domain connection, email authentication, and a short handoff.

You own the account, retain administrator access, and pay the Google subscription directly. It is separate from the $50 website plan and can continue if you cancel website service.

Moving existing email is quoted after reviewing the current provider and amount of data. Ongoing email administration is $50/hour with advance approval, separate from your website content-edit allowance.

Other paid services, such as booking tools and online-store subscriptions, are disclosed and approved separately.

Cancellation and handoff

Cancel before your next monthly billing date. Hosting and support continue through the period you have paid for.

You receive your paid-for website files and control of your domain. Your new provider handles migration; hands-on migration assistance from me is quoted separately. We agree on a handoff date, and domain renewal becomes your responsibility after handoff.

If you cancel before launch

Your service payments are refunded. Customer-approved, nonrefundable third-party purchases are excluded from the refund and transferred to you where possible.
